About My Learning Specialist Role
I am honored to work as a Learning Specialist here at LCCC, where I support students in achieving greater success. I work with and support all LCCC students.
This support is highly personalized to you and your current situation. We will take a deep dive into what is going on and collaborate to develop a concrete plan to help you move forward in meeting your goals. Your success truly matters to me!
Session topics can include: Content retention, time management, study skills, test anxiety, test-taking techniques, note-taking techniques, organization, goal setting, project management, learning strategies, understanding learning styles/preferences, stress management, group dynamics, reading strategies, life balance, connection to additional resources, and much more. It's all about your current needs. Let's have a conversation about you and your success!
Sessions
One-on-one sessions with Michael can take place via Zoom, Google Meet, phone, in person at one of his office spaces, or elsewhere. Sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes but can be shorter or longer as needed. Face-to-face meetings at the Morgan Center, the Donley Center, or the Lehigh Valley International Airport may be available/possible.
