About My Learning Specialist Role
As a learning specialist, I can work with you to help you be more successful here at LCCC. This support is highly personalized to you and your current situation. We will take a deep dive into what is going on, and we will collaborate to develop a concrete plan for you to move forward on meeting your goals. Your success matters to me!
Session topics can include
Time management, study skills, test anxiety, test-taking techniques, note-taking techniques, organization, goal setting, project management, learning strategies, understanding learning styles/preferences, stress management, group dynamics, reading strategies, life balance, connection to additional resources, and much more. Let's have a conversation.
Sessions
Sessions with Michael can take place using Zoom, Google Meets, phone, face-to-face in his office (SH-150B), or some other method. Sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes but can be shorter or longer as needed. Face-to-face meetings at the Morgan Center, the Donley Center, or the Lehigh Valley International Airport can also be arranged.
